CRYSTAL STYLES, M.A., RP

Crystal graduated with her Master’s degree in Transpersonal Counselling Psychology in 2011 from Naropa University (in Boulder, CO, USA).

Afterwards, she worked with the hospital where she interned on both their in- and out-patient psychiatric units. She has been providing counselling in the Toronto area since 2014. Alongside her private practice, she also works as a Clinical Associate with The Mindfulness Clinic (find a video of her here).

For over 14 years she has practiced yoga and meditation. She lives with her partner and their three fat cats.
